In any bathroom renovation project, one of the key considerations for most clients is the cost. We take all the necessary steps to ensure the budget conscious client gets their dream bathroom at a cost-effective price. This is one renovation project that was done within the client’s budget and turned out to be just what they wanted.
Maintained the layout
We did not have to change the entire bathroom layout. This not only helped us to maintain some of its unique character but also avoid unnecessary plumbing costs since the drains, water lines and vent stacks usually have to be moved when you change the layout. We maintained a cost-effective design but still managed to create a wow feeling in different areas of the space.
Stunning vanity
We had to make changes to the vanity to simplify maintenance and create a whole new look. The undermount sink makes it easy to wipe mess and keep the area clean. We made sure the new vanity design offered good storage, clean lines and a sturdy construction that ultimately boosts the value of the property. The white walls opened up the area and provided better illumination.
Pull out shelves
We made sure the homeowner got more storage by boosting the cabinet efficiency. We got rid of the brown and old-fashioned cabinets and replaced them with new and modern cabinets with clean lines. The extra drawers provide additional storage to keep the necessities off the bathroom counter. Changing the color of the cabinets also helped to make the vanity appear larger than it actually is.
Flooring
We transformed the floor by adding an easier to maintain tiling that blended well with the rest of the space. The gray colored tiles added some character in the space and also went really well with the hardware elements. The accent tiles in the shower spiced up the look and added more character. A simple countertop made of durable material was a great addition to this bathroom.
Proper lighting is key
We made sure there was proper lighting by opening up the space using white as the main color. We also replaced the mirror and added beautiful lighting to make the place stand out. With a proper lighting plan, a small room can be turned into a spacious setting with no shadows due to the adequate natural light. We certainly needed to add style and mood to the space with pendant lights and a new chandelier. The accent lights also contributed to making the architectural features stand out and sparkle.
Luxury shower
This bathroom really needed a luxury rain showerhead. The ceiling mounted rain showerhead added a unique glamor and comfort. We also added a frameless glass door and got rid of the old-fashioned shower curtain together with waterproof material to cover the walls, floor and ceiling. The results are not just pleasing to the eye but easy to maintain and boost the overall property value.
